Father's Day White Peach Sangria Recipe

Father's Day was a nice day for everyone in our family. My husband took a nice long bike ride up the Pacific Coast Highway, I worked out on the treadmill in the morning, and my daughter and I made apple muffins, angel hair pasta with turkey bologneses and white peach sangria. The day started off with our freshly baked apple muffins and a glass of juice and some strawberries after my workout. Then when my husband returned from his ride we had the Angel hair pasta bolognese with salad for lunch. The white peach sangria went with us to a friend's house for dinner of fish tacos. It was a beautiful summer day and a breezy summer night. The white peach sangria was a hit.

Here is the recipe:

1 pound of white ripe peaches cut and quartered
1 pound of white grapes seedless halved
1 pound of red grapes seedless halved
1 mango cut up into cubes
2 bottles of white wine
1 1/2 cups of peach vodka
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup of simple syrup or agave

Take the cut up grapes, peaches, and mango and place into the pitcher where you will be serving the sangria. Add the vodka and white wine. Add agave or simple syrup and lemon juice and mix all together. Please in fridge for at least 4 hours so that the flavors can meld together. Serve with ice in a wine glass.
